TCS is now hiring for technical support and decoder repair technician positions

Calling all train enthusiasts! Have you ever wanted to work for the premier DCC decoder manufacturer in the world? This is your opportunity!

 

Qualities of the job include:
  • Interacting with customers and end users via phone, email, and social media platforms
  • Physical handling of returning products for service
  • Electronic handling of RMA forms
  • Repair of electronic circuits at the component level on miniature electronic devices (DCC decoders)
  • Assisting Engineering staff as needed
  • Product testing
 
TCS is offering on-site training. Prior experience in customer relations and/or electronic fundamentals is beneficial, but not required to apply for this position.

  • Good eyesight
  • Steady hands/dexterity
All duties are to be performed on-site/on-location at TCS headquarters in Blooming Glen, PA. Remote work is not under consideration for this position. This position is for full-time employment only within normal hours of operation.
