WOW121-Steam - WARRANTY UPGRADE

NOTE: This upgrade is only for warranty (aka non-functioning) decoders. You MUST note the problems you were having with this decoder in the comments section of your warranty upgrade order as you checkout. Failure to do so can result in being billed for a standard upgrade rather than a warranty upgrade.

This warranty upgrade program will take your WOW121-Steam from versions 1, 2, or 3 and upgrade it to the latest (version 4) sound sets and hardware. Simply unplug the decoder from the motherboard/lighting board and ship your decoder in a small box along with the order confirmation you will receive via email.

Upon receiving your decoder we will perform a hardware and software version check and upgrade the decoder according to what needs to be done to bring it up to the latest version.
We will do our best to get your decoder(s) turned around as quickly as possible.
