Unable to Program All of Your Decoders

If you are unable to program any of your decoders on one command station it may be because the command station is looking for more than standard draw to identify that there is a decoder on the programming track A simple solution to this problem is to connect a 2K resistor across the programming track. This will bump up the draw enough on the programming track to be recognized by most command station.
